David Acomba - Anton Kuerti

David Acomba is an award-winning television and film director specializing in music, comedy and drama. His television programs have been featured on CBC, CTV, BBC, Channel 4, CBS, ABC, Showtime and HBO. Musical feature film credits include George Harrison on Tour and Hank Williams: The Show He Never Gave. He also directed the 2002 CBC documentary A Marriage in Music featuring Anton Kuerti and Kristine Bogyo. David's television work has earned him many awards, including the CBC Anik Award, Best Director at Saskatchewan's Yorkton Film Festival, the Golden Gate Award for Best Entertainment Program, an International Emmy nomination, and several Ace nominations. His films have been invited to the Toronto, Los Angeles and London film festivals, and he has been honoured as Best Director at the Canadian Film Awards.
